IDO's maintenance plans are cost-effective to maintain, upgrade or extend your existing network or web services. They reduce the need to have multiple vendors with multiple invoices. With IDO's maintenance plans, our customers have all our services for just one low flat monthly payment.
Our plans include the following:
All labor pertaining to: repairs for computers, laptops,
servers, network troubleshooting, implantation, migration, website upgrades, promotion, web marketing, email distribution lists, training, on-site visits and remote incidents.
In order to provide an adequate monthly fee, we will need to schedule a visit or conference call to discuss your needs. The rates depend on the necessary hours to maintain your account.
