First, when you become a client of IDO, there is a Maintenance Agreement that is signed by both parties. This agreement lays out how many hours will be utilized for labor and how to submit work orders. IDO's clients generally either call in, fax in or e-mail work to be completed. Each work order is accepted and the person working on your request will call and verify what you want done. At that time, they will make sure there are enough hours on the books to complete the work.
