Every Article is synced into our Dynamic Site map, so as you build your articles they will show up in the menu under the key pages that you have created for your Website.

By logging into your Administration Panel, you will see the Articles Section. You can add new Categories or New Articles.

Each Article allows you to select what category to associate it to.

Full Control over your title

Abstract - This is a brief blurb you fill out to let people know what your article is about. Do not leave this blank. Fill it up with key words and phrases for greater traction on search engine ranking.

Body - This is a very robust word processing article editor. You can create really cool and eye catching articles with it. Included are: Photo Editor, emoticons, buttons, hyperlinks, tables, printing capabilities, copy & paste directly from MS Word (or other word processor) and so much more. It also comes complete with a source code editor for dropping scripts (YouTube videos, audio wav files, Flash, “Share This” buttons, etc...

State - Put a state in that you wish your Article to yourmarket to.

City - Put a city in that you wish Article to focus on.

Release Date - put in the date that you want this article to appear. This is nice because you may want to work ahead and have articles post at different dates. This is what this is for. If you want it to release right away, leave it blank.

Expire Date - want to remove the article on a specific date? Just type in the date. Our IDO Web System will automatically remove it from view.

Approval - Every user has “Poster" permission automatically when they sign up. This means they are not allowed to post articles unless you make them a contributor or editor in the admin section. This means that all approved articles created go live upon clicking Insert. If they do not have permission to post articles it will go into the "Approval" box in the admin section for you to ok before it goes live.

Listed - this mean that if you were to click a main Article category that this article will show up in that list.

Comments Enabled - this means if you check the box, visitors can leave comments and they do not go through an approval process before they go live unless they have the proper permissions to post.

Members Only - this means that only members of this site can view this article. Non-members will not be allowed to view unless they create an account on the system.
