If you're experiencing an
IT related problem with your hardware or software,
please fill out and submit the following service
request form, and a IDO support team tech will contact you shortly.

power up your system or it freezes and you need to send it in to the
repair lab, if you are
in the area you can drop it off at "The
Web Zone" IDO's storefront and
customer care center.
