Repair Pick Up & Delivery
Our customers are busy people, home bound
people that require an extra helping hand once in awhile. The
Web Zone's staff are here to help with all your IT and Repair
related requests.
Home bound: Did you know
that if you are experiencing issues with your system, but can
hold a stable internet access connection, we may be able to just
remote log into your system from our repair lab and fix it for
you? For more information, click

If you can't hold a connection and need a
pick up, just call us at 689.3245. Our staff will be more than
happy to set a appointment to pick up your system. We'll bring
it into our repair lab and a tech
will call you with information regarding the repair. Once the
repair is completed, The Web Zone staff will contact you and set
up a time to deliver and reinstall the system for you.
At Work? We can drive by,
pick up your system and take it back to our
repair lab. Once it's
finished, we'll call you and set up a time for us to drop off
your repair at your office or place of employment.
How it works. Call 689-3245
and schedule a pick up. A Web Zone Employee will pick up
your system and will have a Repair Form that will be filled out
and payment will be picked up. (See repair lab for prices, We
accept all forms of payment). All non-data services require a
$45 pick up charge. Our Pick Up Fee is $15. Our Drop Off Fee is
$15 + Labor fee of $50. All parts that must be ordered will be
prepaid before we order. If the parts are in stock the parts
cost will be added to the $50 Labor Invoice.
