IDO provides services a bit different then most IT companies. We just put all our labor services into a package and then charge by hours ordered by our customers. Our customers appreciate the way IDO provides it's packages. It takes the guess work out of remembering what the cost is for a certain service. Just one easy and simple flat fee each month that fits our customers budget. What is included? All labor services - Network Configuration, DNS Management, Monitoring, Maintenance, Installation, Repair labor, Website maintenance, updates, training, third party interface, etc. The only additional cost is parts and Third Party Services...such as DSL service, Website Domain Renewal, or a new power supply for the server. What if my client is in Oregon and I need a contractor to take care of their needs? We would be happy to care for your customers Network. We would bill you directly per our maintenance agreement terms. What if I need more hours then I originally thought? Addendum. Can I put this on my card? Sorry, we only accept business checks from our maintenance customers. I want your services, however I am in Ohio. How can we make this work? IDO provides Remote Technician Sessions to fix any issue with a broadband connection and a IT on the phone at your end to be the hands of the operation. As long as the IT professional can follow orders all is fine. We also will schedule on site visits. Travel expenses or additional costs paid before arrival. How much to get started? We generally start all our clients out on a 2-hour (24 financed bulk hours @ $150/mo.) This lets us evaluate and create a network and web assessment to effectively maintain your IT requirements. If more hours will be needed an addendum is inserted into the original agreement. Are you available in emergencies? ABSOLUTELY! You just need to pick up the phone and give us a call. We have on-call tech's 24/7 to assist you. |
