Routing and Remote Access Management

IDO works with many maintenance customers as well as non maintenance customers to establish a fix your computer issues remotely or for long distance training when you are too far away.  In order to establish a remote assistance, you must be able to hold a broadband internet connection. If your system or server is not connected to the internet, then we would then go to plan B, which is a on-site visit.

Download VNC: Windows 2000 - XP or IP Address with Username and Password set up on Remote Desktop Assistance is required for Remote Assistance.

Cost: $95/hr.  ~ Payable by Credit/Debit card, due before training starts. Training starts and stops at each hour interval. Please have card ready when calling in for remote assistance. Click here to pay.
