Work orders
are for IT job requests. A customer
simply prints, fills out and faxes
or emails back to IDO to schedule
and do the requested IT job.
Work orders
are
for field tech's to assist customers
with a variety of IT related issues
for both on-site and remote
sessions.
IDO provides
a "Work Order" with all agreements
as well as online at
www.ido.net.
If you look to your left and down at
the bottom of the menu, you'll find
forms & requests.
We normally prefer to have the work
orders filled out and faxed to us at
541-689-4916, however not all our of
our customers have fax machine's so
emailing them to
tech@ido.net
with a follow up phone call to let
us know that you sent it is a good
idea.
Work orders enable both IDO and our
customers to request and track hours
spent on projects and requests.

Question.
I do not have a
Maintenance or
Outsource
agreement with you. I have a one time
project that I want to do, what are your
hourly rates? When are they due?
IDO is more than happy to provide our
services on an hourly rate basis. Our rates
are $95/hr. + travel and parts costs. If the
project is more than a day, we are pretty
flexible and don't mind giving you a quote.

mind we are a time and billing company and
not a flat rate per project company.
