In addition to reporting, we offer customer and order reports that are compatible with Google analytics with RMS return on investment conversion tracking (it easily integrates with our clients Google Analytics account), our clients also have access to tax reports by month and state, total customers by date and trend, client purchase stats, built in customer mailing manager that sends out emails, newsletters to registered subscribed customers. We even allow you to design your own newsletter in Microsoft FrontPage, Microsoft Expression Web, Microsoft SharePoint Designer or Macromedia Dreamweaver web designer software. We made sure to include a defined multiple billing/shipping addresses that can be selected during checkout, a remember me option for returning users, ordering history pages for clients buyers to check their prior order histories, check their order status and etc (all while being online in the comfort of their homes or work place).
