Complete Data Privacy: State-of-the-art security features including 128-bit end-to-end Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption ensure that the data exchanged in all sessions is completely secure.

Firewall Integrity and Compatibility: IDO uses HTTP outbound connections to transparently enable screen-sharing sessions even with corporate firewalls in place. In most cases, both the user and the support representative can connect to Citrix Online's servers without re-configuring firewall settings.


Our Customer's Permissions and Control: Our Customer is always in control of a remote session. Our Sessions are 100% permission-based; the customer can see at all times what is being done to his/her system and can end the session at any time. Plus, our customer always has overriding mouse and keyboard control throughout a session.

Highly Secure Data Centers: Our data centers are protected with continuous intrusion detection and are SiteSecure Certified, a standard that ensures the security of our customers systems and data – and that of their employees and customers – when using our remote assistance.

IDO's Remote Tech Support architecture is designed for maximum reliability, scalability and security. Integration is seamless.

 

Our  small on-demand download runs as a temporary executable; nothing is permanently installed on our customers computer. Plus, our program is Web-based, screen-sharing technology is browser independent and works with existing firewalls, enabling efficient on-the-fly support even over dial-up connections, however we do prefer broadband for speed. However, we do work with dial up customers

  • You must have Internet access, access email and be able to download our program (it does not load on your system.)

  • If a connection is lost, we do not recharge you additional fees.

  • Are my payments refundable: All session payments are non-refundable.

  • What if I can't connect to the internet? You can bring or ship your system to our repair lab. If you are located in Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Northern CA. we may be able to send a field tech to your home or business location. A tech will call you directly if we are unable to connect to provide the best solution in these cases.
